- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition (with all tags, labels, and packaging intact).
- Swimwear and intimate apparel must be returned with the hygiene liner intact.

- If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in Hong Kong in accordance with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) Administered Arbitration Rules, with one arbitrator appointed by HKIAC. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
11. Modifications to Terms
- RAYDEEP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
